Do you pay instantly?

Yes, we make payment on the spot as long as we are happy that all is in order.

I have lost my keys?

Loosing your keys for scrap vehicles is not a problem as we use a flatbed truck to remove them.

My car doesnt have tyres or wheels?

It doesnt matter if your car wont roll as we can use a hiab truck to remove them.

Do you sell spare parts?

No, we do not sell spare parts for any vehicle. We are regularly asked if we sell spares so please help us to save some time and dont call asking for spare vehicle parts.

My car wont start or run?

It doesnt matter if your car is a non runner as we use a flatbed truck to remove them.

Do I need to inform DVLA?

We will process your vehicle with the V5C but if you have lost your log book we can provide you with vehicle surrender form that you can send to DVLA at Swansea, SA99 1BD.

Do I get a COD?

We can provide a Certificate Of Destruction is required after the vehicle has been destroyed.

Can I get a refund on my road tax?

You can claim a refund on your road tax by filling in form V14.

When do you collect cars?

We operate 7 days a week and and can collect cars anytime from 7am through to late evening during both the week days and the week end.

Can I buy a car from you?

We dont sell cars.

What is your carrier number?

Our carrier number as issued by the Slough council is CB/JM3542PW.

How long before you can collect?

We can normally be with you within the hour but that often depends on fleet availability and collections can occasionally take upto 48 hours.
